The Frame

• The stainless steel frame, derived form the Snake"s, is studied in all its curved parts for controlled deformation in case of impact and is compliant with all safety requirements. The collapsible architecture is designed to dismantle the chassis in four parts (central section and three ring sections) without compromising the overall robustness of the structure.
• The double external protective ring offers the highest resistance to compression in the hardest takeoff scenarios, and even when taking off at full throttle or with wings that are hard to inflate. The overall robustness in case of impact is far superior to any aluminum structure or simples steel frame. The lowest section of the safety ring is in shape of a skid, an important security element in takeoff and landing phases.
• The wing supports are made in Avional anodized aluminum with CNC manufacturing process, and have been specifically studied not to interfere with the pilot"s movements. The Rocco caters for 60 to 110 Kilos or even more (in case of flight with a trike, for instance), and features an innovative system allowing a very precise weight balance.
• The Rocco"s unique geometry and its low pivoting attachment allows for a very instinctive, active and fun piloting style, very similar to free flight. The torque effect is very well compensated, offering a very comfortable flight at all thrust levels.
• With its 14 liters capacity, the Snake"s PVC reservoir ensures the range needed for all your flights and adventures.
• The Rocco"s exclusive accelerator handle, robust yet comfortable and precise, and it also allows the pilot to set the throttle to a fixed level using only one hand.
• The Rocco"s standard propeller is a two-blade carbon unit built by Helix, extremely efficient and specifically designed for this engine: it features low consumption, great thrust and reduced noise level. The 15 cm difference in the diameters of the propeller and the security ring offer a good safety margin in case of impact. The propeller can also be dismantled in two pieces for easy transportation.
   

Harness

• The harness is one of the most important components of any paramotor: it is where the pilot and the frame meet, and it is responsible for the in-flight comfort and for transmitting sensations to the pilot. For these reasons, KobraPPG has put much attention in the design of the its harnesses, by using the best materials and adding outstanding finishes and new solutions: with a lateral buckle system, two side pockets, the thick shoulder pads and wide array of fitting adjustments, it ensures the best comfort in all phases of flight. Finally, all our harnesses come with an integrated folding system, making it compact and easy to handle when transported or not in use.
• Our new exclusive removable lower container allows the placement of the emergency parachute under the pilot, just like in free flight; a second storage section s available to carry all you need for your adventures! This design is compatible with our single-seat trike.
   

Engine

• The Simonini Engine, KobraPPG version
  Well aware of the improvement potential of the outstanding Simonini Mini2 PLUS engines, well known for their power, we put a lot of effort and research in making it even lighter and more dependable.
• The new reduction system and the flexible anti-vibration exhaust support are an example of our endeavor. Our version of the engine is 4 kilos lighter than the standard version, and is more silent, reliable and compact.
• We also installed a hybrid manual/electric starter, using a special high-power Li-Po battery pack. The result of all these technical improvements is a very balanced paramotor, with a powerful engine that makes it suitable for tandem flights, lightweight (29 kilos), fuel efficient and more silent than the average of its class.
