I just replaced my old non-Ozone flightsuit for the new Ozone Flightsuit. The Ozone flightsuit is a heavier fabric and noticeably warmer. The sizing chart worked well for this 240 lb, 6'1" individual.

I use this flightsuit exclusively for Houston winters with temperatures down to 40°F with a t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, and long pants underneath for one hour flights. If I pursue flights for longer than an hour, I add an additional layer of thermals underneath. The fabric is washable and doesn't shrink. If you are looking for something sub 40°F, then you need more thermal protection.

I'm the owner of the website and I fly exclusively with this helmet. The helmet is extremely comfortable. The microphone is top notch for voice communications and does not pick up engine noise and the Peltor earcups deliver a great sound. It's the best setup out there!!!!
