This is an extremely nice App. I found this App before I found FlySkyHy. The iOS version is behind the Android version as the author tries to catch up. As I was using the iOS version, the interface to pilot tracking was non-functional with the iOS version. As of mid-November 2015, the author released a version that allows tracking on his website.

This App has the ability to calculate wind speed and direction and knows where you launched. As such, it is able to calculate how lo [...read more]

I absolutely love this App. The App is very responsive on my mini-iPAD I carry and gives me plenty of feedback on elevation, direction, and maps. I also purchased the sectional maps at a minimal fee of less than $5. By just a finger touch on the screen, I can see what airspace restrictions are.

The LiveTrack24 interface with the App has also given me the ability to plot my tracks so that anyone can know where I am should I need assistance. During the holidays, I turned the App [...read more]

Back about 2.5 weeks ago, I placed my order for several PAP Moster 185 units. PAP had the units on my way in 2 weeks with my personal unit arriving Monday of this week. Anyone wanting to place an order for a PAP Moster 185 unit can do so with me with the total cost, including shipping to be $6,000 and that is with a carbon fiber propeller upgrade as well as a 3 part cage upgrade and tachometer.

My unit arrived in 2 boxes. The motor and main frame were secured in one box, and in [...read more]

I just replaced my old non-Ozone flightsuit for the new Ozone Flightsuit. The Ozone flightsuit is a heavier fabric and noticeably warmer. The sizing chart worked well for this 240 lb, 6'1" individual.

I use this flightsuit exclusively for Houston winters with temperatures down to 40°F with a t-shirt, long sleeve shirt, and long pants underneath for one hour flights. If I pursue flights for longer than an hour, I add an additional layer of thermals underneath. The fabric is washable and doesn't shrink. If you are looking for something sub 40°F, then you need more thermal protection.

I'm the owner of the website and I fly exclusively with this helmet. The helmet is extremely comfortable. The microphone is top notch for voice communications and does not pick up engine noise and the Peltor earcups deliver a great sound. It's the best setup out there!!!!
